Established over 30 years ago by 2 highly experienced engineers – Graham Andrew and Malcolm McReynolds, A&M has built a reputation amongst its clients for supplying high quality welding and fabrication services at very competitive prices. Based in Meppershall, its central for all types of construction work in the Herts, Beds and Bucks areas.

In 2017, Malcolm and Graham decided to retire from the business but before doing so wanted to find someone to take over the business who would continue to live up to the quality reputation that A&M had built up with their clients over the years. In fact the handover had been in the planning stages for some time beforehand and was based on a relationship they had already developed with Scott Duncan.

Like Malcom and Graham, Scott had come up through the ranks developing his career around all types of welding and fabrication and already had relationships with many of the clients and suppliers that A&M had been working with.

In August 2017, Scott took over the A&M business and in recognition of all the hard work that Malcolm and Graham had put into creating the business, decided to keep the same company name.  Since then Scott has continued to maintain a solid client base and introduce many new and exciting clients to the fold, extending across the South East of England.

Looking forward, Scott has great plans for the business and is already starting to extend the footprint and breadth of services he provides to his clients.
